The perfect night routine
Wind down, get your well deserved rest and prepare for the next day to have maximum energy.
Digital detox:
Being on your phone even if you only check one notification can stimulate your brain and keep you awake. Make sure to not look at any screens 1 hour to 30 minutes before you sleep.
Warm bath:
A warm bath or shower is an effective way to treat sore muscles and essentially helps you fall asleep faster. Using essential oils like lavender is ideal to calm down after a long day.
Journaling:
For mental clarity reflect on how your day was. How did you feel about today? What did you learn? What are you grateful for? What are my intentions for the next day?
Skincare Routine:
Since our skin gets the chance to rejuvenate at night focus on cleansing and hydrating your skin. The perfect time to use ingredients that are exfoliating and anti-inflammatory.
Breathing exercise:
Breathe in as deep down into your belly as it is comfortable. Try breathing inn through your nose and out of your mouth. Do this for about five minutes.
Sleep before 11pm:
For maximum energy the next day go to sleep before 11pm. The time before midnight is the most important time for the body to rejuvenate itself.
