Winter arc rules

Prioritise yourself first. This winter arc the only person you’re focusing on is yourself. You’re setting up boundaries and taking them very seriously.

Move your body. Go on walks everyday. Use the opportunity to start working out. Dance, pilates, calisthenics or weightlifting. You name it.

Sleeping & waking early. It’s time to stop scrolling on TikTok while in bed. Your body and your future self will thank you for it.

High protein breakfast. This is a life changer. Makes you avoid cravings and helps you maintain energy throughout your day.

Stay busy. Find a hobby. Reading, doing a puzzle, cooking, photography. Learn a new language. Work on being well spoken. Leave no time to think about the past.

Journal. Shadow work. Track your progress. List down all the habits you have and change them how you need to in order to become the person that you want to be.
