How to make anything chase you

The difference

  • Chasing gives you stress. When you chase you are desperate for your desires, which can result to negative feelings like being jealous at other people for achieving their goals. In contrast attracting focuses on gratitude and love, which are the highest frequencies to attract what you desire.

Write it down

  • If you want to make something a reality, write it down. Describe your ideal life, go into detail on your relationships, income etc. This helps you get a clear vision of where you are heading towards, strengthens your belief in that vision and creates space for energy to flow in that direction.

Equality

  • See other people as your equal. The moment you put a person on a pedestal you only damage your self worth. Seek out other’s positive characteristics and your own as well.

Shadow Work

  • Work on the parts of yourself that you have hidden or repressed too long, because of trauma or insecurities. Doing this improves your self worth and you’ll get surprised at what you attract after you start believing in what you deserve.

Work on Yourself

  • Focus on raising your vibrations and empower positive energy in your life. E.g. start listening to higher frequencies. You can listen to 963 hz, which can help emotional and mental healing. Be cautious of what you are listening to, because frequencies have a bigger impact than you think they have.
